Stores/Caretaker Role

We are looking for someone who can manage deliveries and returns and keep the stores tidy at all times. We would also expect them to be a caretaker for our own facilities to undertake any odd jobs that need doing as well as general repairs and maintenance.

We would also look for this individual to be responsible for vehicle check and to deal with the garage to arrange service and maintenance.

They would be responsible for monitoring and issuing plant ensuring it goes out and is returned in full working order.

We would ideally look for a candidate who is electrically biased so we can send them out on local call out jobs where a customer wants a quick response; we do view this as a role that is generally based at our works – not site-based and any call outs would be the exception rather than the rule.

They would need to liaise directly with the site team where required to issue day to day stock and consumable items.

They would also need to make deliveries and collections when needed so a UK driving license is essential.
